Hey, you forgot an owner  No, He's forgotten two!! Although I only had her for a brief period, I'd spent 2 yrs looking for a good replacement for my old one! I fully intended to take this one with me to Spain, but she just wasn't big enough  So Neil (Breitling) purchased her from...

Hi Guys, Well so far so good, Have now covered 1750 miles since leaving the UK. The 75 has been faultless and has averaged 38.2 mpg with a fully laden trailer on the back which I am extremely happy about! Spent a couple of days in Bordeaux, diverted to Valencia to see some friends and now currently ...

That is a GORGEOUS machine! Thanks Russell!! I must say your 800 looks rather lovely aswell! I've never really paid much attention to the 75's before, but I am really enjoying this one and VERY suprised at the amount of positive attention she gets from other people, after all she is a Rover and an ...

Thanks Richard, I'm going pretty much the same route although I'm going Newhaven-Dieppe, then down through Le Mans to Tours, have a very good friend who lives in Bordeaux so will be stopping off there for a few days. I'm actually looking forward to the drive!!

Right...she's already to go!! Departure date was delayed for a few weeks and I'm quite glad it was because the cat decided to disintegrate :( So she now has a complete new exhaust system  I also decided to change the upper inlet manifold as well as the existing one had developed the occasiona...

That is a lovely colour combination aswell. Stupid question, but is that a TV with DVD-player, and are those standard in the SE? I'd like that! I found this the other day, according to the ad one of two made LHD V8 Tourers: http://www.blocket.se/dalarna/Mycket_ovanlig_Rover_75_V8_Tourer_351...

Hi Guys, Some of you may remember me saying a while a go that I'm selling up and moving to Southern Spain/Gran Canaria. Have just bought this for my European trip, was going to get an Omega Elite Estate, but this came up locally so I thought I'd go and have a look and ended up coming home with her!!...

Gutted, can't believe we're not going to get pics of it from Grand Canaria :( With reference to the gearbox, yes it was my first T16 powered car as I normally go for a few more cylinders so I was pretty much going on what I was told when I bought it. I can vouch for the condition of the car, it rea...

1998 Pewter Vitesse Coupe. Provisionally sold.

Hi Guys, It truly breaks my heart to do this, but it turns out that this is going to be totally impractical for my impending escape from the UK so I am VERY reluctantly putting her back up for sale. The car has done about 150 miles since I picked her up from Bromley and runs very sweetly. I think th...

BMW 323i SE Auto and Vectra 1.8 Sxi

Hi guys, Due to my impending escape from the UK I'm having a clear out. These are my 2 remaining cars other than the Vitty Coupe which is coming with me! They will both be advertised locally, but I thought I'd post them on here to see if any of you guys are interested! The first is a very high spec ...

Wow, that's quite a trip! Furthest I've ever driven was to just south of Barcelona a few years back in the Sterling so with Grand Canaria you're going quite a bit further. She is a beauty and looks amazing when clean. I'll be honest and say that I am regretting selling her big time, especially as h...

Re: My Vitesse Coupe.

She has a very long road trip coming up in about 6 weeks, I'm selling up and moving to Gran Canaria for atleast 2 years and she's coming with me :D Are you going to fit a snorkel for the damp bits of the trip? :) Are you driving to southern Spain and taking a ferry from there (Tarifa/Caidz or the l...
