I did apply for the 800 owners group membership, but lost the form between the locations of all my 800's as i wanted to fil it out properly with the VIN No's they asked for.

That is an excellent repair! I got my 6th light finisher out with a slight twist as it came out from behind the headlining trim. It didn't go back that way!

So I removed the plastic trim around the quarter light (the photo above shows the trim already removed) - there were a few casualties along the way, so I will be keeping a look out for a replacement, but I don't fancy my chances. I think the PG1 and 2 internals are basically the same, from memory the casing is the main differences, I will find some pictures from the workshop manual.
