It will be soon - I need to do a little work on the rear brakes and a couple of other little jobs first.
Thanks look forward to hearing from you.

Hi
Just come across this thread. I would be interested in the Sterling Manual if its still available for sale?

I am looking for another Rover for as a daily hack as sold my Nissan Maxima QX. This could be a good partner for my husbands 825SD.

Thanks
Tracy

HI
This person is just trying it on and as you he accepted the receipt as "Sold as seen" he is just trying to get money from you.

I have bought all my cars off ebay and have also way had a receipt sold as seen and never heard of something like this.
Its just someone trying it on

Car Insurance

Just thought I would let you know I took out the Multi-car policy with Admiral and it has saved us over £500.00 a year.

I dont know if that would help you. we have three cars with them and have found them to be the best for us so far.

Hope this helps

HGV

Hi
I love the drive of the big HGV and at some stage (when I've saved up) I would like to get my licence for it.

Thanks to you all for your kind words.
You have made me feel welcomed.

My father always said"if your going to drive a car you need to know how they work and if you break down you can fix small repairs" and that started my love of working with cars.

Yes that's what i need to get done sometime

I'm not all that good on electrics so I'll get someone to do that for me. Everything else I will try myself as I love working on cars.

Yep
its been a help already. Mine has the usual "work when it feels like it" electrics. I also note someone else has the grinding noise on full lock reverse-mine has that too, although it improved when I put some decent tyres on the front. Never heard of the ones that were on there!
