Re: Eric (the Viking)

What a super find! Fastbacks are such great looking cars - and that grey interior looks superb. I like the little wallnut caps around the internal locks...nice touch.

Re: 825 Fastback Towbar

I dont need one, but it might help to mention if its from a Mark I or Mark II, and if its an aftermarket or genuine one (the latter needs no drilling or cutting into the wiring loom so is more desirable).

Re: 1999 825 Si In White Gold BREAKING FOR SPARES.

Actually this is the worst place to sell it as most of us already have an 800. You should have no trouble selling it elsewhere with some decent photos. If it were me I would MOT it and take it to a nice location for some good photos. It would be a terrible shame to break such a lovely looking car.

Re: Rover 800 Owners Club at the NEC 2016

Some pics of this years Mk 2 stand, showing build up on Thursday with Alex's (ex Buckingham Palace) and Sam's Sterlings, and Mark's Coupe. There is a lot of equipment to take. The large cases containing the computers, monitors, electrical stuff, framed brochures and pictures provided by James and A...

Re: Rover 800 Owners Club at the NEC 2016

Mal is right, last year was only Series One cars. So maybe next year it will be a mixture? Because of the space its only possible to get three cars on the stand though. I am looking forward to the next 12 months, there should be some good events we can all take our cars to.

Rover 800 Owners Club at the NEC 2015

Did anyone else on here manage to go along? The club stand looked great, and I loved the 80s tech they took along :) Was very good to put faces to names too - had a really good chat with James and Sam. James, like me has an appreciation for the 80s and we had a good laugh, Sams is the car in the mid...
