re: coolant cap, I've been using a Fiat Punto cap I picked up from a scrappy not so long ago. Fits the Volvo tank perfectly, runs a slightly lower psi as well, as at the time I was concerned about the rad.

I've long since replaced the rad, but the cap remains!

Or you could ignore it entirely and replace it with a £20 manual boost controller (although using a boost gauge is essential to set it). It'll give you better control over the boost as well, meaning you can have all 12 psi on hand (don't go higher) from lower down, rather than having to wait until w...
