Go and buy a MK 1 repair sill (about £16.00) and they can be made to fit quite nicely. Its what I did on my first coupe and its what I'll do on the one I got now,when and if I ever find the time!!

Thanks Chris appreciate you asking around. On the seat belt on the coupe there is a seat belt assist assembly at shoulder height to save you struggling to reach back to the b post. Need pass side one in grey

Depends on the Dealer too. Do you know where he had it towed too. Usually the piston crowns survive but the valves will almost certainly be bent and maybe several valve guides cracked as well.
