It always was 96k on the Honda V6 models Deano - or 8 years officially. Mine was about 18 years old on the Sterling (if i remember rightly) and just 96k. The water pumps tend to give way (and i belive are a service item) at about 120k or through age so most C27A owners on here seem to change the water pump with the cam belt. After something myself and Jon (urbanviking) found on his inter-lunar 827 M k1c Vitesse, it pays to renew the cambelt tensioner spring (XHM463) on older cars as well. For £1.31 (from Rimmers!!!) it ensures the belt is tensioned correctly instead of still being loose!

Having said all that, i don't know what it is on the KV6 or T-Series models although at one time i knew the T-Series.

hmmm... I could have sworn it was less.

All i do know is the belt on first 827 snapped.
The car was 8 years old and must have been around the 100k mark
1990 model
(I bought it in 1994 with 70k)
