Is it even remotely possible that there would be any of these out there..? It would really suit my towbar on the 827 vitesse!

Re: Rover Towbar cap
Is yours the "swan neck" towbar like the picture you've used Henrik or the more "traditional" bracket with a towball mounted on it?
There are two main types of aftermarket towbar cover readily available.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rubber-Tow-B ... 0520674026
"Traditional" type cover ^^^^^
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/50mm-Chrome- ... 1674753873
Towball only cover ^^^^^
As you can see, neither are Rover branded but these might help :
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ROVER-Shield ... 2693101080
Self-adhesive decals ^^^^^
You can see where i'm going with this, i very much doubt the original is available except perhaps as a NOS item (a bit like my oil cooler!) so would be a labour-of-love to find one.
PS i checked RImmers just in case :
https://rimmerbros.com/ItemSearch--sear ... r--srcin-1
Same selection as ebay with RAT (Rimmers Added Tax) on top!

Haha yes Dave, I see where you're going, but I cant find any stickers with the red Rectangular Rover printied in it. I think I'll end up making a photocopy of this box, cropping it in the computer and printing it on waterslide.

Re: Rover Towbar cap
I didn't realise you particularly wanted the red "ROVER" rectangle. I expect if you search online you'd find that available as a download.
I went for a different option on the Sterling, a chrome flip-down cover :
Also available in black, would work well with your idea of a reproduced "red rectangle". Just searched for a "flipper" cover, only available used it seems and a ridiculous price! Bought mine new for about £30, now they're 5 times that for secondhand!
