Already owning an Se this would not make sense to buy, but I would just for the colour.(plus I've never owned a six dialer)
The milage makes it even more tempting.
This is a rare concourse car in the making. Put it bubble wrap and bring it out for shows. Lovely

Would be good if you could get it Alex. Keep it in the fold so as to speak. It would be easy to sell on again if things got to much in the future. Plus I find the Se a nice car to drive. A slower more relaxed pace of life than 2.7 madness.

I'm going to keep a close eye on this.

Being frank, I want it. It'll mean ditching the two "RAT look" Mk1s (for scrap/spares repairs adverts/whatever) and selling this 825, but I can live with that.

If I could contact the seller directly I'd prefer that than using ebay, but if their wish is for the auction to run its course, so be it...

Well...

It's here.













The car is a delight, and drove the journey back from Sutton Coldfield to Devon with no issues at all; en route back she clicked up to 23,000 miles. I'm over the moon.

Few minor niggles to sort - the interior lights are disabled as they don't go off and the stereo is a mono (only works on the driver's side speakers). I need to re-hang the front bumper and replace an indicator but that's about it so far. It drives like a dream. What' needs sorting is nothing earth shattering at all and I'm utterly delighted. The fact the car had enough fuel in to get me home, plus tax until next May is a true bonus...!

This vehicle will be at the NEC.
