The interior is very good needs a clean

Well that makes me think the owner is a manky barsteward straight off...Not a good start

there is a rust patch under the paint on the n/s/r wheel arch

If there is rust there then expect more rust elsewhere

including a head gasket and cambelt change at 109k

Included are some spare's including switches trim parts water pump and some gasket's

Was the water pump changed when the head gasket was done?

Personally I think it sounds a bit of a dog and worth about half what he's asking, it has a short MOT and almost no road tax.

I'm sure you could find better for the same money
