No pictures yet but bought this on Friday.

Long MoT, full service history, immaculate condition, 39000 miles. £400 as it may need an engine! Many seem to have engine issues it would appear.

You brave man Bradders, lovely car, wholly unreliable as they are misunderstood by owners, oh and they have gearbox issues at relatively low mileages. Designed to burn oil in order to preserve the tips on the rotors and take Maxda specific oil. Failure to use the right oil and keep it topped up and the rotor tips wear. Also they cant be started, moved 5 feet and turned off, they need to warm up before switching off. Gearboxes suffer weak synchromesh, my brothers gave up at just 11,000 miles on second gear, Mazda said "they all do that sir" but faced a law suit in the states over it. Silky smooth when they run right though but dirt cheap to buy now. And the novel rear doors soon become a pain with kids according to bro.
Recently whilst hunting down an X type for my son there was a 2008 RX8 on a local forecourt for £1500, the trade hate them.
What you going to do with it Brad...........and do you fit? seem to remember bros being quite snug even for me.

Hi Dave

Not sure what to do with it really. For 400 quid this car is a bargain. It was 25 grand new! I guess a recon/ new engine maybe?

There are quite a few about for 300 to 1000 quid so I may buy another and make one out of two.

As regards space...yes it's tight. But I bought it to look at and not to drive, really. A bit of an ornament. I can hear you laughing!!!

I was chuckling until I realised a decent garden sculpture can cost £400, so this really does make sense as an ornament and you dont have to prune it, brilliant
