Just thought Ide let you guys know im the new owner.
Got her as some of you saw on eBay for £1500 which I think settled down at the right price.
Looks amazing and I an aware of her history. Only problem is a leaking (corroded) fuel line which she's in repair for. Hope there's nothing dodgy about the repairs made but the garage said they'd give her underneath a once over an let me know.
Any info off you guys would be appreciated.

Glad it's finally sold. It'll stop those irritating adverts!
I hope the car drives as well as it did when I owned it. I think I had it for about 7 years til selling it around 2009. If you want to know any specifics about the car - whee I got the seats from etc - let me know.
One thing I would check is behind the rear bumper to be sure the rear end is safe after it's rear end shunt. I am guessing the damage was just covered over with the replacement bumper, the turnaround from scrap/salvage to sale was so quick.
No longer an 800 owner!

Thanx guys.
I've checked underneath and the wheel well is perfect inside. No new paint job. I don't get it. How bad a shunt was it and where the hell did they get one of those bumpers from. ??
I'd be glad of any history or info on her as I plan to keep her for a long time. Will look cool next to my white mk1 Vitesse. Just wish I could find a rear TWR bumper to Match the the rest of the kit. I was going to buy a Honda engine off zed but works out my own is ok now.

God knows!!
An mot station said they would do an emissions test and if it failed they wouldn't charge for the mot. Took her down there and what d' you know it wasn't smoking? Put her on the diagnostic and she past that too!
Must have be the run that cleared her out.
It's a mystery. Does seem to have a bit of a bitter smell to the exhaust compared to H717. Who has nothing.

It should be Pulsar silver which has a slightly yellow tint to it as opposed to Quicksilver on the later MK1 which had a blue tint
