Radiator specialist may be able to repair it, alternatively if you can find the leak and have a blowlamp and solder, you could probably do it yourself if it's brass - tricky to see in the thumbnail where it's in a metal tub and for some reason that won't enlarge for me.
Failing that, there was a radiator putty around some time back, that may work as well.

All in, removing the dash and matrix, it's been maybe 3-4 hours so not really that bad, but the positions and strain on the old body wasn't a bunch of joy! It would probably - as always - be less than half the time to do it again. But I must say the Haynes book is utterly useless in this part. Absolutely nothing is correct regarding facia/dash or heater system.
I'm consulting my car club friends for a specialist. I'm not trying this myself even though I have welded/soldered radiators before. It's probably not hard to do, but counting the amount of work involved if it fails I don't mind paying someone else to do it properly.
Now I'm looking to add some extra bitumen. Parts of the firewall and fore "prop shaft tunnel" is really naked.

The HBoF doesn't really cover that area of the car very well, even in RHD form. You got there in the end and that's the main thing.
Not sure what sort of soundproofing you're using Henrik but when i did mine, i used 5mm thick closed cell foam soundproofing. Depsite the fact this would compress down to about 1mm thick, it made a few bits quite tight to fit. That said it reduced any vibration from loose fitting trim so that made life quieter too!
Just go careful that you don't end up struggling to get everything back together!
Something well worth doing if you haven't already (can't remember without going through the thread) are the wheel arch sections - this gets rid of almost, if not all, the roadwheel noise and makes a difference bigger than the effort to do it if that makes sense.

If yours has air-con and so does the n/asp 820, yes. If yours doesn't have air-con and the n/asp 820 also doesn't have air-con, yes.
If one has but the other hasn't, no.

The progress of getting it back together has started. I found a second hand Matrix in good nick and after a few trials the plastic thingy holding the matrix slid back into place.
Then the rain came... Hopefully some time tomorrow to get the facia back aswell. Then I need to get some wiring Done for the ”if to be” Cruise control.

The trick now is to not have any screws/bolts/nuts left over as that will mean you've used the spare ones dropped in the car at the factory and lost the originals!

Well, I did take pics so hopefully everything goes back in the (almost!!) correct place.
A nice story is that I was looking for 2 screws for at least 10min. Couldnt find them. So, looking at the holes I said
”Well theyre M5s” and I fetched some extra M5s in the garage, and just when they were screwed back in I found them!!
