Having an issue with the original EGR Valve. The bolts seem to be seized to the point where if we give them too much "effort" they'll snap!
Last thing I need is to have to start tripping the engine /bay down to get access to drill and re thread them.
Any hints or tips are welcome.

Only thing i can suggest Mal is to repeatedly soak them in WD40 or similar and get the manifold nice and hot before trying to shift them. Not the most lpeasant way of shifting stubborn bolts i admit but there's a chance it might just work.
