Egon Spengler from The Ghostbusters movies, comic genius in partnership with Dan Ackroyd and Bill Murray has passed away aged 69 years today.
His work has made me laugh many times over.
My thoughts go out to his wife and children

One of my favourite Hollywood actors. And a great writer/director as well.
Although not to everyone's taste, maybe, he was great as Alan Appleby in "Stealing Home" (1988) - a 'straight to video' release in the UK and a cinematic flop in America. One of my Top Ten Films of all time.
