Show's and promoting the rover 800?

I don't know about you but I think we need some one that is will to do the classic car show's ie; the organization of the show's and the promoting the 800 as a practical every day classic. What do you think?

Rover SD1 V8 VDP 126,000 will get running this year.

Well we're planning shows/meets for 2013 already, plus we are booked into the NEC Classic Motorshow so we have a fair bit on already! :)
One or two 800s...

Normally Pride of Longbridge in April (although I couldn't make it this year), Gaydon in September (usually shared with other marques and always alongside the SD1 owners club) and then others thrown in for good measure. If there are other meetings then they are well publicised on here.

Only two 800's now,white 1991 820i with TWR and full special order leather (been stood for 15 years) and now a Nightfire red Tickford with 135k on the clock

BMC/BL Rally at peterborough
NEC
Gaydon
Cars in the park.
Cornish Trip/Camp.

Just a few the forum has or will be attending.

Kate has organised the BMC/BL rally this year, and the forum with Kates hard work is planning an improved stand and attendance next year for the shows' 20th anniversery.

Alex SBY is sorting out the NEC this year for us all.

There are also quite a few of us who attend local area shows independently or as a small group.

If you think there is a show that would suit the forum then let us know in the events/ meets section.
