We will of course have the trailer tent (with kitchen).
Plan is to fold it up Sunday morning, but use Our gazeebo on the stand so that the Mrs's and nippers have some shade.
We can "unhook" the cooker unit once on the stand for brews, and we will also have too "Griddlero's" for doing burgers etc.
But they are too small to cater for everyone.
We shall have to see what others register there BBQ's etc nearer the time.
Mal.

Welcome aboard!
Most things you'll find are electrical problems and as for the rest, the usual TLC applies. Might be a good idea to have a good look through the forum at all the various different posts and subjects - you'll quickly work out the weak points of your model and general 800 weak points such as the lower balljoints on the front suspension!
Hopefully see you at the show!

sorry
John
I chased up the guy who runs the historic fleet to ask if the 827 would be available but unfortunatly it is being used in London on that day. Its a police benelovant fund day and the heavy fleet (which inc the 827) is being used to ferry round relatives of injured/desceased officers.
Sorry. I tried. So it will just have to be my boring old Sterling.

Awww, no!! That is really bad news! My attendance is now looking dodgy too as it would appear i have a battery problem and won't be able to afford a new one before the event! Just got the battery off, along with the air cleaner and earth lead - found a few "sillies", not enough on their own but maybe together they're enough to cause me a problem including the battery being a little low on water.
Fingers crossed for both of us eh?

Funny you should say that Mal but this battery came from my local scrappy for £15 which is why i'm kind of reluctant to get another.
Also there's the problem of re-starting if they haven't got one if i can't breathe a bit of life back into this battery. Sadly they're about 12 miles away and only open "office hours" so can't get a mate to give me a lift over.
I'll have a word in my friendly local garage (that i've never used except to shelter from the rain lol) to see if they have a spare battery.
Isn't it weird how things like this always happen when you're most skint!
