still dont know who was driving, the police got the info from him luckily, it was silver though!

don't use one of those crappy no win no fee firms, as its cut and dried use a proper lawyer and get 3 times a much.
i know 2 differant people who had the same type of injury ( permanent damage to right sholder ) one got Â£3,000, one got Â£50,000, geuss who had a real lawyer

, only thing was, first got his money in a few weeks the other got his in about 8 months, but i would rather wait.

Ouch, just noticed this.

Looks pretty nasty Rich, luckily most I ever had from a bike crash was a few grazes, I got put off riding though after a mate of mine had his kneecap removed by a drystone wall and a rather blind car driver

Hopefully you'll at least get a decent payout for the accident and then you can pick up something interesting with 4 wheels instead

The company Im using is bott and co, which is a no win no fee company it is the company my insurance company uses and its already well under way so not a great deal I can do

I'll probably get about 5k for the wrist then lost income and money for the bike on top, anything will be a nice bonus really

@ Mike looking for an nissan 200sx s14a at the moment, got 4k to spend on one so should be able to get something nice with circa 300 horses

Yes, great idea.

Sundays are a good day for me and Gaydon is both very accessible to most on this forum and a known venue that can accomodate numbers comfortably.
