No Jon-the food is for during the show day-the idea is that we all bring a "contribution" to share. All contributions welcome!!

i am deffo not going to make this show

i am proper gutted.. i have got to go to dalton in furness to a neices birthday party, as a surprise for her

will look forward so as not to be as depressed.. regards ricky

i'll be in a 6-man tent, so room for others, as we cant save spots for other people are we meeting up and going in en-mass or pitch where we can.
i'll be bringing food and drink stuff, anyone for guinness, been given a case of the stuff and i dont drink

It tends to be pitch where you can. I can help out with that Guinness....

Must meet up on Sat night then-you won't miss us-we have a 7 metre motorhome as well as the Sterling!

Best to get there together, and preferably around 3pm.

They dont let you in til 4pm, but there is a waiting area where you can have a rest and a stretch before moving in and setting up camp.

Unless you arrive together you will be split up for sure.

I can bring cakes and biccies on Sunday for people to have with their brew.

John might rope in another driver to bring up the SE as well. Will there be room on the stand for that and the Sterling.

There is definitely space for another car Kate as long as you pay the extra entrance fee (I think you can pay on the gate.)

Guys

I'm really sorry, but after organising this, it now seems that I won't be able to make it this weekend after all.

This is due to family issues which I can't go in to, but trust me when I say that if there was any way I could get there, I would.......

The stand is booked, so all that is sorted and others are bringing stand equipment and food I believe. I was going to be bringing drinks, so that's the only thing you will have to sort out.

Many apologies again.
