Strangely enough I'm in Cornwall for the whole of that week, but in our motorhome rather than a Rover!
I would drop in and say hello, but we are staying at St Ives Bay which is a fair journey.....

I'll be there AND in a rover... my new aquisition and the realisation of a boyhood dream, but not an 800, a Rover P5b saloon. I would have preferred a coupe but this came at the right price is in pretty good nick considering it's nearly as old as me

Coupe? Yeah right....you don't have to step in the back.

And cause of the banger races the saloon is a lot rarer than the coupe.

Hi Guys!

I've been following this topic with great interest. I'm working Friday also Saturday Morning, so there was no way I could have joined the camping bit, but I might be able to meet up with you sometime.

Have you worked out your itinerary for Saturday and Sunday yet? Are you planning to come anywhere near The Lizard? I noticed The Flying Dutchman mentioned Cadgwith in one of his messages; that's only minutes away by road and it's close enough that I've been known to walk there along the Coast Path for lunch! I could probably be there 1p.m. or soon after, or possibly further afield later in the day. Otherwise I have some free time on Sunday, but I have to be in Helston by about 5p.m. Someone mentioned lunch at Jamaica Inn, I don't know which day that referred to but it's only about an hour and a quarter from The Lizard.

The Vitesse could do with a run and I'm always interested to see other Rovers!
